About Windridge Yacht Charters and the founders |
Windridge Yacht Charters was established in 1976 and has become one of the most prestigious companies of its kind in the country. With three large yachts and one smaller vessel, Windridge yachts can accommodate groups from 15 to 500. We maintain three yachts in South Florida year round with the Lady Windridge at Chelsea piers June thru September every year. Our yachts are the M/V Lady Windridge (170'), the M/V Kathleen Windridge (142'),and the M/V Windridge K (131'). All are fully inspected and certified by the U.S. Coast Guard and are operated under K and T boat regulations.

The Founders
Kathleen Windridge and her late husband, Fred Windridge, founded Windridge Yacht Charters in 1976. In the late 1950s, Fred founded the parent company, Deep Sea Charters, Inc. Kathleen believed in offering four-hour yacht charters with a variety of entertainment options. It was that foresight that changed Deep Sea Charters into Windridge Yacht Charters. Building on these ideas, Windridge Yacht Charters grew to become a high-end, full-service company, offering absolutely the finest in yachting and boat charter entertainment. |
